The Headlands is a newly developed area with ocean front lots some as high as $7K. The Ritz Carlton Hotel and the St Regis Hotel are near by as is the famous Salt Creek Golf course. There are many great restaurants in the area and the Dana Point Marina is not far going South on the pacific Coast Highway. farther South in San Diego is Sea World and going North about 45 minutes is Disneyland. Los Angeles is about one and one half hours going North.

This condo is newly decorated. Beautiful stone fireplace. travertine and wood floors.The two bathrooms are new with travertine. Decorated in Beach white with tan accents.Deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean with the Strand Beach just down the pathway. Has a single car garage. There will be a new King size bed,New trundle bed ( sleeps 2) and a new sofa sleeper in living room. This condo is one of only four units. The Sun Sets are gorgeous.

Condominium Rental Rates

Low Season Price : $2000
High Season Price : $2500 per Week


High Season is June to September $2500 per week
Winter Season is September to June $2000 per week
Holidays are $2200 per week
Security Deposit is $500. Refundable after cleaning fee is deducted and if there are no damages.
Cleaning fee is $125.
Best way to send money is by wire to my bank..Union Bank Of California.
I will send instructions via email. I will pay the cost to wire up to $30. us dollars
I send out the contracts via email.
Check in time is 3PM and check out time is 10 AM
We rent Saturday to Saturday Or ask about a different date.
