Main Description
This beautiful Condo was just built in the fall of 2005. All the furnishings are brand new. It is located in a quiet complex just down the street from Disneyland.

The master bedroom has it's own on suite bathroom with a large shower leaving plenty of room for two. The two smaller bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed as well as a bunk bed. The bonus room also has a bunk bed but I opted for a futon so you can sit and watch movies or Direct TV by day then lay it down at night for sleeping. These rooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower enclosure.

Downstairs you'll find the living room with big comfortable furniture arranged to view the flat screen TV as well as the fireplace. The sofa is a sleeper should you need it. Also located downstairs are the kitchen (fully equipped), dining room, map center, and a small bathroom.

You may enjoy evenings on the balcony or in the backyard while BBQing. Both have table and chairs for socializing. Disneyland fireworks can be viewed from the backyard, balcony, as well as the two smaller bedrooms. The garage will park two vehicles (including large SUV's), and under the balcony is a space as well as one along side the Condo. All spaces are exclusively yours to use. This truly is "your luxury home away from home."

Accept Cashier's checks, Money orders, Western Union money transfers, wire tranfer directly into my account (a charge will be added to total for this type of payment).
