There is a strip of sand between Dana Point, Ca. and San Clemente, Ca. with 200 homes that sit right on the sand. It is known as "Capistrano Bay District" in Capistrano Beach, Ca. It is a PRIVATE guard gated community 24 hours a day. The rental hours are check in time at 3 PM and check out at 10 AM. Saturday to Saturday.

Disneyland is 30 min North and Los Angeles/Beverly Hills/Hollywood is one hour away North. Going South 45 minutes is San Diego Sea World,San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park. You can take the Coast Liner Train going either North or South for another experience. OR just relax on your private deck and watch the beautiful sun sets over the Pacific Ocean.

Firepit on the beach for evening beach fires. Comfortable beds, one King, one queen, two bunk beds and a sofa sleeper in the living room. TV with built in DVD and VCR. Wood burning fireplace. The floors are travertine and carpet. Kitchen counter tops are granite. Bathrooms have rough stone counter tops. Linens and towels are furnished.
