Why be cramped up in a hotel room or a small house? This beautiful home has 2000 sq feet of living space.The furnishings are stylish, like being in a model home. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. You will not be disappointed when you pull up to this home. It's been recently remodeled. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and everything you will need to cook and eat at home, the family room has a 42" flat screen tv with DVD player and gas fireplace, the large livingroom is beautifully furnished with a large sectional and leather chairs also a gas fireplace. There is also an Ipod docking station with speaker.The master bedroom has a king bed with flat screen tv /DVD player and huge bathroom with jacuzzi tub/ separate shower and also an office area and walk in closet, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and tv/DVD player and large closet, the kids room has 2 bunk beds and a tv/VCR,Play Station 2 player with lots of games and 2 guitars for Guitar Hero challenges.The 2nd bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower, the patio has a large patio table and chairs with a gas BBQ and conversation area seating. The garage has a small refrigerator for drinks and a foosball table.
With the beaches being near by, the closest about 20 minutes away, we have beach towles, beach chairs and 2 rolling coolers (small and big). I even have an extra beach bag in the master closet.
For those of you who need to stay connected,we have unlimited WIFI for your lap tops.
Just around the corner is Dad Miller's Golf Course where Tiger Woods used to play. The shopping is great in Orange County. You are just 15 minutes away from the upper scale shopping mall at South Coast Plaza.

Upscale dining and moderate scale dining are minutes away. I have a book that will give you ideas of places to go and directions from the house. South Coast Plaza, Fashion Island or the Block at Orange are all close. Depending on what type of beach you would like, they are within 20-30 minutes away. There are some great hiking trails in Laguna Canyon about 20 minutes away. Parks, zoo and museums are all nearby. You certainly will not get bored from all the activities in Southern California.

The entire home is centrally air condidtioned and heated. We have cable on all tvs. All bedrooms have tv/dvd player except for the kids room has a tv/vcr player. The family room has a 42" flat screen tv with dvd player. We have a large drive way that can fit about 4 cars as well as the garage to park in. We have lots of DVDs to choose from, board games, video movies for the kids'vcr, video games for the Play Station 2 games and kids toys and books for all ages. The garage has a foosball table and a few kids riding toys to play with. Our house is set up for adults with lots to keep the kids entertained.

If you cancel more than 45 days before check-in, your security deposit will be returned, minus $100.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, $500 security deposit and $125.00 cleaning fee will be refunded, but guest will forfeit rental fee unless the property can be booked for the same dates.
