The lower cottage unit has one king bed (or it can be made into 2 twins), one queen bedroom and a bedroom/reading room with a queen sofa sleeper.. It has a full kitchen with jenn-air barbecue stove, and a dining room that seats 6. There are large convenient closets with sliding glass doors. Also, there are 2 new luxury bathrooms with Jacuzzis in both. These are equipped with large bathtubs/showers with body sprays and waterfalls.
The upper unit is a large studio which is comfortable for 2 or 3 people, but we can accommodate a 4th guest. It has a full kitchen, a king bed (or can be made into 2 twins) and a sofa also used for sleeping. A rollaway can be added for an additional (4th) person. It has one bathroom with a full tub and shower, and a pretty pedestal sink. It has a separate dining area (for 6). There are night stands, a tall closet and chest of drawers. The kitchen in this unit is actually the best one on the property.
