Tahoe Bear Cabin is a cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with fantastic mountain views. The hot tub sits atop a deck facing Tahoe's beautiful angora ridge. Barbeque a great meal using the propane grill, or relax by the fire in the cozy living room after a day on the slopes. In the summer months, hiking trails can be accessed right out the back door, and these same trails are used for cross country skiing in the winter! Come stay at this terrific vacation home!

Location Information
Tahoe Bear Cabin is located in the Tahoe Mountain area. This is a quiet, forested neighborhood with great mountain views. Hiking and biking trails are accessible directly from the property. Located on Lake Tahoe Boulevard, you’ll be just 10 minutes drive to Camp Richardson Resort and the Lake, and 15 minutes drive to the Casinos!
Proximity to Skiing
Tahoe Bear Cabin is ideally located for access to South Lake Tahoe’s three major ski resorts. Heavenly Mountain Resort is a short 15-minute drive from the house, while Sierra at Tahoe is only 35 minutes and Kirkwood is 50 minutes.
Proximity to Casinos & Stateline
Stateline and the Casinos are only 7 miles away, going out for dinner to one of South Tahoe’s many restaurants or to the Casinos for a night at the blackjack table is very convenient.
Please Note: because of the steep driveway at Tahoe Bear Cabin, a 4WD is recommended in the winter.
Please Note: No smoking is allowed. Evidence of smoking in the house will constitute forfeiture of your entire damage deposit. Pets are allowed, but must be fully housebroken and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. The cost of repairs due to damage or stains left by pets will be withheld from damage deposits.
