Main Description
Location is Everything! Our home is a short walk to incredible Lake
Tahoe and Regan Beach. The neighborhood is surrounded by a
beautiful Meadow and wildlife park with fantastic views of the
Mountains and Lake. The Meadow is a great place to walk the dog,
cross country ski, or snowshoe to the Lake.

Right down the street from the house, there is a beautiful park and
beach area right on the Lake where you can sunbathe, picnic, have
family get-togethers, watch the fireworks and it's a perfect spot for
an unforgettable wedding.

Summer brings golf at Edgewood, mountain biking, wakeboarding, and
beach lounging. Entertainment is a mile away - a $5.00 cab ride to
casinos and shows for South Shore's exciting nightlife. Biking
trails start right at the neighborhood and completely ring the Lake
so you can ride for miles.

There are also incredible hiking trails where you can climb up to
beautiful Waterfalls, views of Emerald Bay and the high Sierras.
You can also take the ski lift to the top of Heavenly year round for
some breathtaking views of the entire Lake.

In winter, catch the local shuttle to Heavenly Ski Area which is
less than 3 miles from the cabin, ski the powder with a
unforgettable views of Lake Tahoe surrounded by snowcapped
mountains. There are also some other fantastic ski areas just a
short drive away. Local shuttles will provide transportation to
some fantastic ski areas including Kirkwood, Sierra, and Squaw
Valley.

This house has been completely renovated from top to bottom with all
new appliances and granite countertops, but also has kept the old
cabin charm with knotty pine walls and ceilings and a large wood
burning fireplace.

A new Hot Tub is just steps outside along with a Gas BBQ Grill. The
two downstairs bedrooms feature Queen sized Bed in the Master
Bedroom and two twin beds in the other Bedroom. Upstairs is a large
bedroom with two twin beds and a private bathroom. There is also a
fold out Queen Futon in the Living Room along with a blow up
mattress upstairs so a total of 10 can sleep comfortably.

Low Season Price : $1000
High Season Price : $1750 per Week

$150 to $300 a night with a minimum two night stay.
