Your home away from home condominium is just a couple of miles from the airport and is situated within walking distance of downtown Palm Springs the oldest and most 'village' like part of the Coachella Valley, it is here that you will find an extensive range of restaurants, bars and lots of shopping. It also has theatres, museums, art galleries, casinos and night clubs. On Thursday nights the main road is closed to traffic and a wonderful street market is held with live music, craft and food stalls.

The complex has tennis courts for the tennis enthusiast at heart. Two heated pools and hot tubs all set amongst beautifully lush kept gardens and spectacular mountain views. There is also reserved parking for your car.

Palm Springs is known as the golf capital of the world with more than 100 golf courses nearby. Many of the courses have been designed by 'names' in the golfing world, and although not all are public, there are more than enough to keep your vacation time occupied.

Any trip to Palm Springs would not be complete without a trip to the rotating tramcar. From the base station you will be transported with breathtaking speed in a slowly revolving cabin to the top of the mountain some 8,500 feet high, and find yourself in a completely different landscape and climate. As late as May you can walk among snowdrifts in the beautiful pine forests, and look down on the valley below. A perfect place to just take in the breathtaking views and the fresh mountain air, or you can explore the many hiking trails.
