Welcome to our second offering at the newly renovated Palm Desert Country Club. This beautiful home has it all and is 3 doors down from our first vacation rental, “Fairway to Heaven.” Perfect for those of you who are doing a family reunion and need 2 wonderful properties on the same street. Decorated with designer everything this bright charmer is sure to please. Situated on an 8000 sq. foot lot, this double fairway home has views of the Santa Rosa mountains, mature palm trees and manicured greens that can be seen throughout the house and back yard.The clubhouse is less then a minute away on foot right out of the back yard gate. You can pick up your cart and start playing without having to drive anywhere. Close to everything the valley has to offer with a feeling that you are miles away.
Located in a very small and friendly cul-de-sac, you will find that this home is quiet and relaxing. There is no traffic noise from cars driving through every few minutes to disturb the peaceful surroundings. You will truly feel like you are on vacation. Grocery stores, drug stores, dry cleaners, gas stations, beauty salons and restaurants are two minutes away from the house making it easy to get everything you need without driving all over town.
This home is very special with many upgrades. Crown molding, chair railing, marble tile floors, ceiling fans, designer furnishings, limited edition art, high quality linens and towels are among some of the features you can enjoy throughout the home. The living room is large and has a floor to ceiling custom mirror giving it a wide open feeling. Sliding glass doors from the living room take you to a tiled patio with gas BBQ and out to the pool area with views of the golf course and the Santa Rosa Mountains.
The pool is brand new and has many features. It is built with stone not tile and has a high privacy wall with a 3 foot copper spout spilling a flat stream of water into the pool. The spa is raised above the pool and also spills into the pool like a waterfall. Separate controls in the spa allow you to adjust the heat, lights and jets without having to go to the indoor control panel. The pool also has a wide tanning bench where you can lay in one foot of water and just relax. If you need shade in the pool, you can add an umbrella in a slot right in the center of the tanning bench.
The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a large shower. Sliding glass door opens to your own patio that has access to the pool and spa with views of the golf course and the Mountains. Custom upholstered bed with high end bedding, silk window treatments, custom designed art, 32 inch flat screen TV and designer furnishings are all there to give you that 5 star feeling.
The living room has a 42 inch flat screen TV, CD player, DVD player with movies and high speed wireless Internet.The sofa bed is custom made with a thick mattress that sleeps 2 people.
The guest bedroom also has all the upgrades with a second bathroom right out side the door.
Golf: The Palm Desert Country Club has had a multi million dollar face lift and is beautiful. Golf Inc. has voted it the best renovation of the year. Best of all, the green fees are still some of the lowest in the valley. The house is located on the signature hole of the country club. It over looks a double fairway with lake and mountain views. The course has many mature palm trees and the lake has 3 pools that cascade into each other by waterfall. Walking distance to the club house makes this home ideal for golfers.
