and refined beauty of the home will be clearly evident as you continue
to the Great Room that boasts a panoramic view of the golf course and
the stunning Santa Rosa Mountains. They're so close you can almost
touch them!

An entertainment center with TV/VCR/CD/DVD, gas fireplace, and a wet
bar with granite counter top, mini-fridge with ice maker, and an abundance of
comfortable seating for you and all your guests, completes the
ambience.

The kitchen, with its natural wood cabinets and granite counter tops,
is a gourmet cooks dream. It enjoys its own golf course view, and for
added convenience, its own separate patio entrance. Dinner can be

All bookings of more than 2 weeks must be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival.

For rentals of two (2) weeks or less- Cancellations made over 60 days prior to arrival receive full refund.
Cancellations made within 30-59 days of arrival receive 50% refund. No cancellations allowed within 30 days
of arrival. However, funds may be applied to book another date(s). A 10% re-booking fee will apply.

For rentals of more than two (2) weeks- Cancellations made over 120 days prior to arrival receive full refund.
Cancellations made within 120 to 91 days of arrival receive 50% refund. No cancellations allowed within 90
days of arrival. However, funds may be applied to book another date(s). A 10% re-booking fee will apply.
