Sea View Cottage is furnished in an eclectic mix of Knoll and antique furniture, oil and watercolor paintings and a variety of collections. Hardwood floors with tile in bathrooms and sea grass carpets in bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen with gas cooking appliances, dishwasher, microwave oven and washer and dryer. Private outdoor courtyard spa includes hot tub, television and outdoor shower.

Office area in third bedroom has large desk, 50 inch High Definition television and Bose surround sound speaker system, wireless Internet for your laptop computer. Dining room and kitchen nook open to garden pergola with teak furniture, fire pit, barbecue and fountain.

Cottage Rental Rates

Low Season Price : $1950
High Season Price : $2550 per Week


$1950 to $2550 per week plus a $750 security deposit. The deposit holds your dates. The balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. I'll take a $175 cleaning fee out of the deposit and return the balance within five days of your departure.

If you choose to stay with us, I'll email you a contract and disclaimer, you sign and return with a check via snail mail and I'll then email you directions, lock box code and some other helpful information.

We are located at 1033 Newton if you want to use Map Quest. You can rent safely knowing we are members of the Santa Barbara Chamber of Commerce.
