Main Description
This 3 bedroom house in Morro Bay has 2 balconies one of which has has an ocean view as well as agarden view; the other faces the street where you can greet your guests as they arrive. There is a completly furnisished kitchen with pots and pans, coffie mayer toaster muffin pans wooden and glass bowls, a blender, microwave stove, and gas range, newer refriferator and washer and dryer. There are 2 black leather couches in, the living room where you can watch cable t.v. dvd or movieson video Oh,I almost forgot the rocking chair. The upstairs master bedroom has a t.v. queensize bed ,a walk in closet and 2 sinks. The bath has a shower over the tub.
Downstairs there is a queen size bed and a t.v. dresser and closet. The other down stairs bedroom has a bunkbed with a double mattress on the lower bunk and a twin on the upper bunk. This room also has a separate twin size bed. That room sleeps four. This house has 1400 sq. feet. I have extra photos. just ask

If you drive or walk through the park and golg course you may see wild turkeys or deer. Birds of all kinds are around. Pelicans sea lions igrids, great, blue Heronsand many other species flourish here.

The mouth of the harbor can be seen when one sits at the dining room table. Morro Rock can be seen from the living room. There are 2 balconies, one has an ocean view and gas BBQ. The other is placed in the front of the house where you can greet your guests as they arrive. There is extra parking, in addition to the 2 car garage.
The garage houses 2 kayaks for your use. They can be launched 3 blocks away at the Embarcadera
There is a small yard or you can sse it as a large pen where you dog is welcome. The dogs are allowed in the house. If they are on the furniture please see that they use a clean cover. A cat is negotiable.
The internet access is dsl and maybe wireless. Ask.
The bay is 3 short blocks away. The beach, with sand, surf and Morro rock is 1 mile hike. There is a new bike path and separate walkway next to the bay and to the beach and Morro Rock. Ask for extra photos.

Rates

Low Season Price : £1000
High Season Price : £1450 per Week


low season is $1000 a week
Friday and Saturday night is$240
The other nights are $150 a night
Summer season is $1450 a week
Friday and Saturday night is $265 a night
Week days are $225 a night
There is a 10% tax and $100 cleaning fee.
There is no security deposit
There is not pet fee.
If you break something or ruin something please fix it, replace it or leave money for same.
To reserve it send Jean Durbano a $400 deposit which applies toward the total owed on arrival.
If you cancel 30 days before you are scheduled to arrive I shall return all bur $50
