We are located in a private gated community called Oak Shores, on Lake Nacimiento. The home itself is located on a cliff about 100+ feet above the water and about 100+ feet away from the water. You are close enough to hear the water lap the shore. We offer a 160 degree uninterupted view of Lake Nacimiento which is one of the best water skiing lakes in California. The water skiing is best from Late May till late September. For your convience, we are including our private dock which allows you to keep your boat in the water while using our home. Our home is also a great off season rental as the quiet solitude offers the serenity of a country home away from the crowds. Very few people are at the lake in the off season. Our home sleeps 3 couples, or a family of up to 8. Parking is very good. You can park your tow vehicle with the boat attached and still have room for additional vehicles. We are on a circular street off the main road so you will not be bothered with road noise. The deck areas are substancial and away from the street for privacy. All rooms have a view of the water. Bring your own linens and towels (we can provide at an additional cost). We offer a complete kitchen, but bring your own oils, spices, kitchen towels, aluminum foil and paper goods, bathroom tissue, and beach towels. The bathrooms will have fresh floor & tub rugs. Our home has a washer/dryer combination. The kitchen has an electric stove and stove top, telephone, microwave, dishwasher, can opener, blender, and garbage disposal. The living area has a TV with satelite hookup (no movie channels), VCR, and DVD. The decks have a charcoal BBQ and picknic tables (some pvc chairs). We are pet friendly, but charge $50/pet and must pre-approve all pets.
