All forms of ocean water-sports are found in and around Cambria. There are numerous hiking trails, on Moonstone Beach and within the Fiscalini Ranch, which has a 1 mile Bluff Trail and other trails that take you thru strands of Monterey Pines and native trees. Kayaking off the Hearst Castle State Park is popular, as is the sport of wind-surfing. Morro Bay has a full 18 hole golf course just 20 minutes south of Cambria, and shops galore. Plan a trip to the Montanas De Oros State Park, close to Los Osos. It contains numerous nature trails and remote, desolate beaches that the adventurer in you will love!

Cambria is located just 10 minutes from the Hearst Castle, midway between Los Angeles and San Francisco, along the spectacular central coast of California. The small town is an artist's retreat and features boutique shops, art galleries, unique curio shops, and great dining.

The coastline is rugged, with small bays and tidepools waiting to be explored. Sea Lions mate and raise their young at popular beaches that have viewing trails, just minutes up Hwy 1.
