Vacation Rental Description
Our vacation rental is very comfortable, cheery, and homey all for $40 per night*! It is actually in-law quarters attached to our home but with no interior access between dwellings, just its own private outside entrance. It has a kitchen stocked with kitchen-ware and kitchen electrics, a walk-in closet stocked with linens, a bedroom area section and a living room area section. The bedroom area has a queen bed, a room divider to block light from the TV area, and a vanity table for make-up or a laptop. The bathroom has a stand-up shower, no tub, a laundry section and shelving, plus a spare hairdryer. Both the bathroom and bedroom windows have privacy blinds that open from the top to let light in. The walk-in closet has a hanging bar, and shelving with plenty of room for clothes in addition to the linens, iron, and floor fan we keep in there for your convenience. The living room area has a double-sized futon, coffee table, faux wood stove heater, and entertainment center with books, games, a TV, basic DirecTV service, a DVD player and VHS player. The kitchen has a full sized fridge, glass-top stove with oven, sink, and cabinets. There is a microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, a full spice rack, and an electric griddle. The cute cafe table seats two and is well-placed by a window. There is plenty of light, both natural and artificial. The French door entrance leads to a small patio and fully fenced grassy yard. It is separately fenced from our own yard although we do access that section for gardening and items stored in our storage shed. We live in a great safe neighborhood, close to everything, and family-friendly. We are a great alternative to hotels, motels, or corporate housing. 
 
INQUIRE EARLY - WE GET BOOKED QUICKLY. We also have a completed 1 bedroom house; it is currently booked but we'll advertise it when open dates get closer. We are currently remodeling a 2 bedroom house with a January target completion date and will post that as a vacation rental when its completed. *Pricing starts at $40 per night for stays of 5 days or more.

    • Linen changing service is provided for stays of more than two weeks. Additional linens are kept in the room for guests' convenience. When in season all our garden produce is made available free of charge to our guests. There is a futon that converts to a full/double sized bed for an extra sleeping area. Games are available in room. Additional games are available to borrow, as is specialty kitchen gadget items.

    • We are less than 5 miles from the area's major freeway entrances which makes it easy to navigate anywhere in the Tri-Cities which includes Pasco, Richland, Kennewick, and West Richland. We are less than 5 miles from the Columbia Center Mall, the Columbia River, major shopping, multiple grocery stores and banks, Toyota Arena & Three Rivers Convention Center, restaurants, golf courses, tennis courts, fitness centers, medical centers, real estate offices, and beautiful parks. The Trac Center in Pasco is less than 10 miles away. There are many wineries in the area. Hanford is about 30 minutes away.     		  Low Season Price: $40 per Day
      High Season Price: $40 per Day
         

    Furnished short-term/vacation rental(s) with rental fee based upon number of nights occupied. Four-night minimum rental period unless otherwise specified. No housekeeping services are provided during the rental period except for linen exchange every two weeks. Regular rate based upon two person occupancy. When applicable these extra charges may apply: $2.50 per additional person per night, $4 per night for up to two pets or flat fee of $25 whichever is greater, and/or an additional pet deposit of $100. The refundable cleaning/damage deposit is required. The deposit is $150 for the studio and one bedroom and $200 for the two bedroom. Full amount will be refunded if property is left clean and damage-free. Otherwise cleaning and replacement/repair costs will be deducted from refund. If amount is greater than refund we reserve the right to bill for extra damages. Full refund for cancellations at least 10 days prior to arrival.
