1 Bedroom Loft in Sequim

No minimum number of nights required.
A 50% deposit is required at booking, to be received within ten days. The remaining balance is required no later than thirty days prior to arrival date.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards, U.S.issued money orders,wire transfers and personal checks written in US dollars. There may be a service fee of 4% added for credit card charges, please inquire.
Cancellations received prior to thirty days of arrival will be refunded less one nights stay. Cancellations less than thirty daysor less prior to arival will be refunded less one nights stay, if we are able to re-rent The Loft for the same nights.

10/17/2008 What a magical little spot this is! Newly completed,
it was decorated beautifully with the finest
attention to detail in both comfort and style. We
knew right away that we had found a hidden gem
here, combining luxury and ambience with an
absolutely astonishing view from the loft balcony of
the water, mountains and starlit sky. As first timers
to Sequim, we found the abundant sunshine,
biking, wineries and fine dining to be just what we
were looking for in our romantic getaway. The
owners, too, were lovely and gracious hosts.

10/18/2008 My wife and I were the first to stay at this fantastic retreat. Beautiful!! That’s the best way I know how to describe “The Loft”. The view of Sequim Bay and the San Juan Islands is one of the most impressive sights in the Pacific Northwest which is known for its beauty. The room is very private and has every convenience that you will need. Everything about “The Loft” is absolutely first class. With the addition of the hot tub and BBQ, this is an ideal place to get away to and relieve stress.

If you enjoy outdoor activities, then this is the place for you. It’s an outstanding location for kayaking, fishing, boating, hiking, bicycling and many other activities. We enjoy riding road bikes and there is a bike path (Olympic Discovery Trail) nearby that extends all the way to Port Angeles. This truly is one of those exceptional places.

07/20/2009 We stayed at the Loft this past Saturday during the Lavender Festival. Cheri and Kemp were kind enough to let us book the room for one night in between guests. I must say thank you time and again for allowing us this small amount of time in such a beautiful escape from the real world!!! We originally planned on checking in then getting dinner, but once we saw the views and how nicely everything was set up, we picked up food from the local deli (at the gas station) and ate on the balcony so we could watch the sun set for hours!!! It was amazing. Neither of us wanted to leave that night...or in the morning!!! Thank you both for your beautiful home away from home.

Wow!!! Total luxury in a wilderness and panoramic setting, with the Islands and Strait in your sights. This is the spot to get away from it all. We fell asleep with a sunset view looking out at San Juan Island, and awoke looking down on a deer in the yard and fog lying on Sequim Bay below. Mt. Baker was beautiful on the horizon.We could not have dreamed of a greater spot. The owners have given great thought to every detail. Cheri and Kemp were great hosts and made our stay very memorable. "Dangerously Comfortable" is about the best we can do to describe this getaway that you have created, as it was tough to push ourselves out the door every morning to go hiking. We've stayed in many "VRBO" listed accomodations and this is by far the most comfortable and well thought out place we've stayed in. Your Loft "space" was so private and serene---time stood still for awhile as we sat on the deck and soaked in the hot tub, enjoying the view of Mt. Baker, the boats on the bay and ships in the channel. Dinner at Dupuis was delicious in a folksy, local place. Sunny Farms Market provides everything one would need to live/eat graciously.

From the moment we walked into this perfectly romantic Loft we just felt as if it all was too magical. I was bummed when we had to leave to go do the tourist activities as I [would] much rather have spent it drinking wine in the hottub enjoying my husbands' company and enjoying mother nature first hand. Although it has not been the best weather, The Loft has provided us with everything that we need to enjoy ourselves inside! Everything that is provided is so personable and over the top. ElJay is a retired woodworking teacher, so he was particularly appreciative of the beautiful woods that were used, along with your attention to every detail. I was astonished to discover that I could have cooked an entire meal here - most places are only equipped to zap something in the microwave. The weatherf cooperated with our visit as well - we left rain in L.A. and flew into sunshine in Seattle! The views from The Loft are spectacular and we enjoyed them to the fullest. We've stayed in many "VRBO" listed accomodations and this is by far the most comfortable and well thought out place we've stayed in. Your Loft "space" was so private and serene---time stood still for awhile as we sat on the deck and soaked in the hot tub, enjoying the view of Mt. Baker, the boats on the bay and ships in the channel. Dinner at Dupuis was delicious in a folksy, local place. Sunny Farms Market provides everything one would need to live/eat graciously.

From the moment we walked into this perfectly romantic Loft we just felt as if it all was too magical. I was bummed when we had to leave to go do the tourist activities as I [would] much rather have spent it drinking wine in the hottub enjoying my husbands' company and enjoying mother nature first hand. Although it has not been the best weather, The Loft has provided us with everything that we need to enjoy ourselves inside! Everything that is provided is so personable and over the top. It truly did feel like home away from home. I will be saying good things about you all and we will be back to enjoy this truly breathtaking, once in a lifetime opportunity. We loved the Dupuis Restaurant that you recommended as that was truly a "losing touch with reality" feel, it truly was unique and romantic. Cheri and Kemp, The Loft was exactly as pictured on the web, and we really enjoyed our stay. ElJay is a retired woodworking teacher, so he was particularly appreciative of the beautiful woods that were used, along with your attention to every detail. I was astonished to discover that I could have cooked an entire meal here - most places are only equipped to zap something in the microwave. The weatherf cooperated with our visit as well - we left rain in L.A. and flew into sunshine in Seattle! The views from The Loft are spectacular and we enjoyed them to the fullest.
