Welcome to The Villa St. Stefan.VISIT OUR WEBSITE http://www.villaststefan.com A unique Oasis in the City of Seattle on Capitol Hill. It was built in 1929, Rooms are oversized with hardwood floors dressed up with oriental carpets. The original Spa like bathroom has leaded glass arched windows overlooking lush majestic palm trees. Very European, with all original tile, spa tub for your relaxation. 
 
In your spacious lounge, living area you have a brand new leather sofa where you can read, relax or watch television. 
 
You can set at your table with your Seattle's Famous Coffee, or sip a glass of local wine while working on your laptop or just trying to decide what you want to do. So much to do, So little time...... There are large windows that let in more than ample sunlight. 
 
If you don't wish to dine out in one of the many great restaurants, many in close walking distance, you can prepare your meal in your very own compact European inspired kitchen. There you will find everything you need but the food.

What a wonderful alternative to being cooped up in a hotel. Staying in your vacation home rental apartment was a joy!! Rooms were spacious , well equipped and the bed," oh so compfy ". More importantly though was your personal attention accommodating our schedule.  
Access to the garden patio was a plus.....thank you Gordan. 
I also loved having Volunteer Park so close. I visited it daily for walks & quiet time. 
All and all things were great. We will surely be in touch with you should we be in the area again. God Bless,

This was the perfect place for my week long ong visit to Seattle. The location is perfect & the apt. offers a great quiet resting place after a long day of enjoying the sites.

WE PURCHASED OUR HISTORIC 1927 BRICK HOME IN 1989. WE HAVE ENJOYED IT AS OUR PRIMARY RESIDANCE UNTIL LAST YEAR WHEN WE DECIDED TO TAKE ON SOME OTHER ADVENTURES. WE LOVE THE FACT THAT IT IS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING BUT STILL IS PRIVATE. 
Why the Owner Chose Capitol Hill 
THE CAPITOL HILL AREA IS THE HEARTBEAT OF SEATTLE. YOU CAN WALK TO THEATERS, PUBS, CLUBS, RESTAURANTS, BARS, GROCERY STORES, BOUTIQUES, SHOPS, JUST UP THE BLOCK FROM OUR QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD. THE LOCATION IS UNBEATABLE. ONE OF MY FAVORITE THINGS IS VOLUNTEER PARK, ONLY 2 BLOCKS AWAY.

ONE OF THE THINGS I LIKE BEST ABOUT OUR PLACE IS THAT YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR STAYING IN A SPACIOUS ELEGANT HOME "BUT YOU STILL HAVE YOUR OWN APARTMENT" COMPLETE WITH KITCHEN. MUCH BETTER THAN A HOTEL WHERE YOU JUST GET ONE ROOM. HERE YOU ALSO HAVE A VERY LARGE YARD THAT YOU CAN ENJOY.
