The house offers a secluded setting with a green belt on one side and a house set back from view on the other. No need for window coverings to block the view--it is totally private. Sit in the solarium and watch the eagles fly right overhead or fish in the water below you.
The house is just minutes away from the Admiralty Condominiums and access to all Beach Club facilities including an outdoor Olympic sized pool, a heated indoor lap pool, Jacuzzi, workout facilities, tennis courts, ping-pong,squash court, TV room, children's play area, beach, marina, volleyball and restaurants.
Enjoy unobstructed views of Puget Sound, the Cascade mountains and Mt. Baker from virtually every room in the house. Watch the ever changing activity of cruise ships, sailboats, tankers or a nuclear submarine from the large deck or cozy solarium. The professionally landscaped yard is designed for privacy and easy maintenance and features a tranquil pond and natural woodland setting. Watch the deer and raccoons drink from the pond and wander through the yard any given day.
The fully equipped kitchen has a gas range, double ovens and Subzero refrigerator and a view that makes cooking a real pleasure. Or you can pull up a bar stool to the eating counter and grab a quick snack. Fine dining is minutes away if you aren't in the mood for cooking.
The living room has a floor-to-ceiling stone wall with a gas fireplace. Snuggle up on the comfy sofas (one converts to queen size bed) in front of the fireplace and enjoy great conversation, a good book or a glass of wine. Or, simply admire the beauty of the view.
The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, a king sized bed and sliding glass doors that open to the deck. Lie in bed and watch the sun rise or the cruise ships heading back to port. There is plenty of room for two people in the master bath with its double vanity and double shower.
One bedroom has queen sized bed and a garden view. The other bedroom is very large with enough extra room for two more people if you choose to bring sleeping bags. Relax with a cup of coffee at the bistro table with four chairs and enjoy the marvelous water and mountain views. Sliding doors open to the deck.
The house is beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated to make your stay feel extra special and comfortable. The soft breezes from the water below make outdoor dining on the table for six comfortable even on a hot day. Four fold-up chairs are also available. Try to spot the seals on the rocks below with the telescope provided or just marvel at the incredible view.
From Port Ludlow you can hop a ferry to Seattle and tour the water front and famous Pike Place Market or drive about an hour to Port Angeles and take the ferry to Victoria and spend the day in this charming city with a visit to the world famous Butchart Gardens. Also Whidbey Island, Hurricane Ridge, the rain forest, Poulsbo, and Port Gamble are great trips.
Historic Port Townsend is about 30 minutes away with antique shops, many talented artists offering their wares and lots of charming shops. Farmer's Markets are held every Saturday during the spring and summer. Visit Bremerton and tour the naval shipyards or the Undersea Naval Museum in Keyport.
There are many options if you are adventurous. Or, you may want to stay close by and hike the trails, walk to the marina and look at the boats or stop by the Inn and have a glass of wine or just stay in and enjoy the view.
This lovely home is a perfect place for a romantic get-away, retreat, honeymoon or family gathering. Thinking about moving to the area? There is no telephone so remember to bring your cell. If you plan to use the Beach Club facilities be sure to bring beach towels. Towels provided are for house use only.

Apart from the many on-site activities, there are cultural events in Seattle, Port Townsend and surrounding communities. Grocery shopping, and major shopping malls are all located conveniently near Port Ludlow.
There is a park and playground for younger children as well as adults. There’s swimming, tennis, golf, sailing and power boating, hiking, cross country skiing in the Olympics, fishing, crabbing, clam digging, oyster picking, hunting, kayaking, scuba diving, plus many other opportunities for active families.
