2 Bedroom House in Ashford

This is a NON-SMOKING cabin. A $35 cleaning fee will apply if only staying one night. *All Cabin Reservations require a $200.00 Policy/Damage Deposit Authorization on Credit Card or a held check which is required within 2 days of booking the cabin. The deposit ensures that there is: No linens are lost or damaged date. Cancellations: • 1 - 2 night bookings- 14 days or more before arrival--Cancellation Fee $25.00 13 days or less—Cancellation Fee $50.00 unless the entire reservation is re-booked. • 3 or more night bookings- Cancellation Fee $50.00 outside of 14 days 13 days or less - 50% of Rental Fees unless reservation is re-booked plus a $75.00 cancellation fee. Changing/ Rescheduling Reservation Dates is considered a cancellation inside of cancellation policy in most cases. **Pets are permitted in rental cabins only with prior approval. $25 per pet fee applies. All pets must be leashed at all times.
