20% deposit for all reservations, balance to be due 30 days prior to arrival date. We accept VISA, Mastercard, or check. Prices are based on a 2 person occupancy. All reservations have a one time $50 cleaning fee and 10% tax. Cancellations and reschedules may be made up to 30 days before the first day of your reservation. If a cancellation or reschedule is made with less notice there will be no refund unless we are able to rebook the cabin in which case we will refund 90% of the days that are re-booked. All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing. Deposits can be credited to a future reservation. No refunds will be issued due to acts of nature such as; weather, road conditions, snow conditions or forest fires. If the property is uninhabitable due to such circumstances, reservations can be rescheduled for future dates within one year of the reservation date.
