Our cabin has a rustic and comfy feel, but has all the modern stuff that you're spoiled by! 5 TV's with DVD's and VCR's and a limited supply of movies,& games. Ceiling fans are in every room, and A/C is provided in the summer months, though you don't need it with the cool mountains breezes coming off the creek. You'll have to cuddle under the quilt at night! Enjoy all of the many outdoor activities offered within 4 miles of the cabin. Ride the famous VIRGINIA CREEPER TRAIL and enjoy 17 miles of waterfalls, wildflowers, and bridges on a 6% downhill grade. Rent horses from a local guide and ride the hundreds of miles traveling thru the Jefferson National Forest located in Grayson Highlands Park. You can hike the trails and see the wild horses or enjoy a cool waterfall trail in the park! Go shopping or enjoy one of the wonderful restrauants located in West Jefferson, NC. only 18 miles from us. We are located 4 miles from the two highest mountains in Virginia. Mount Rodgers is the highest and Whitetop Mountain is the second highest. You can drive up to the top of Whitetop and hike up to Mt. Rodgers. Check in on Sunday after 4 p.m. and pack up by 11 a.m. on Thursday (4 nights and 5 days) for only $480.00 This is for the main cabin only: 3 bedrooms + 2 full baths - If you need the "Bunk Cabin" there will be an additional charge of $40 for 2 more people. Maximum of 8 total We are almost booked for the summer so don't delay - Book today!!!
