Watch the kids swim down at the dock from the house under the shaded porch area or catch some rays on the top deck of the boat house occasionally dipping in the lake to cool off. Let the kids play behind the boat house in the shallow water while the big kids jump and dive off the dock. Relax away from the water behind the house in the rocking chairs or on the reading rock while watching the birds in the apple trees.

Enjoy a nice game of pool while watching TV or hanging out with friends and family at the wet bar. Socialize with gang while cooking on the oversize gourmet gas grill with side burner. Play board games, watch TV or just relax upstairs or down. If it happens to rain relax inside or out under the covered porch while watching the lake. Bedroom # 3 – Bunk bed with double lower and single upper

** The Master bedroom and Bedrooms number 3 & 5 face the waterfront with access out to decks facing the lake.

o Launch your boat a the public boat ramp located on Hwy 903 on Poplar Creek approximately 4 miles east of

o Renters responsible for taking their trash to dumpsters located only minutes from the house.
