This is a brand new home with a gourmet kitchen and 2 big sliding glass door units that open onto the deck, overlooking the lake. The house is very private but within 5 minutes of downtown Mineral. This house is located on the Large (public)side of the lake which means great water, marinas, and lakeside dining .

The Boathouse is big with plenty of room to sun and there is a canoe for quiet strolls around the lake. Made to accommodate large groups, there is a game room with a pool table, horseshoe pits in the front and plenty of party space around back on the deck and patio. Deep water at the boat house is ideal for the kids to slide off into the lake and fishing. The house amenities are simple but sufficient.

There are first and second floor master suites and a third Bedroom with a King bed. 2 sets of bunks, 2 twins and 1 single bed. Great place for a family getaway.

Lake Anna is 1 hour from Richmond, 1.5 hours to Washington DC and 45 minutes to Charlottesville. There are dozens of Wineries and Civil War sites within an hours drive and Kings Dominion Amusement Park with some of the best Roller Coasters around is a quick 40 minute drive. Access to everything with the privacy and amenities of the lake.

The house is fully loaded with big gourmet kitchen, game room with full size pool table, board games, nintendo, beautiful tiled master bathroom. Open plan to party with friend and family but big enough for privacy when its called for. There is a Canoe and a slide into the lake, and area to stage your boat trailer, private gated boat launch within 2 minutes and great wild life in an upscale neighborhood. Kings Dominion theme park is only 45 minutes away and Lake Anna State Park, with a great beach and facilities is 15 minutes away
