Vacation Rental Description
This cheerful house set on two acres, provides you with 240 feet of waterfront, a private dock and plenty of room to run and play, boat, fish, and swim. Dramatic sunrises greet you in the morning, majestic bald eagles can often be seen soaring in the sky, and peaceful sunsets rejuvenate your soul or make the perfect setting for a lakeside campfire.
Launch your boat/jet skis at the private community boat launch 2 blocks from the property with a key card provided for your use, then tie up to our private dock so you can boat at your leisure.
The water on the "private" side is 10-14 degrees warmer than the "cold" side, so swimming and playing in the water can begin in spring and continue through late fall. The water is clear with a sandy bottom, great for swimming. This is a great setting for all your favorite water sports! Even during peak summer holidays, this side fo the lake is less congested with calmer waters than the public side. Bring your boat, jetskis, fishing poles, and suntan lotion to this one of a kind getaway!
The house is centrally heated and cooled for your comfort. Linens and towels are provided.
