Rock in the double swing or rocking chairs while watching the sun fade over the untouched forest. View bald eagles soaring daily from the nest across the lake. Pull your boat (rental available) right up to your private dock and barbecue at water’s edge. This treasure is located in a private subdivision with miles of paved roads, walking trails and a private airstrip for your arrival by plane. View deer, squirrels, eagles, ducks, geese and humming birds from your dining room table. Golf at the local course located approximately two miles away. Drive to excellent restaurants and antique shops in the quaint little town of Clarksville located less than ten minutes away. Tour historic Prestwood Plantation or visit Occoneechi State Park visitor’s center to view Indian artifacts and history.
