    • Randolph Park (small waterpark with slides and pools) within 3 miles. Claytor Lake State Park with swimming beach and hiking within 8 miles. New River Trail State Park for biking and hiking within 7 miles. Dixie Caverns and Blue Ridge Parkway within 40 minutes. You can swim, fish, boat and waterski from the property but the water is deep and there is no beach or area for small children to play in the water at the property. Boats (bass, pontoon, canoes, jet skis) can be rented at marina nearby. 
     
    Wal-Mart and fast food restaurants are within 3 miles in Dublin. Golf, movie theaters, mall, etc are within 30 minutes in Christiansburg, Radford, Blacksburg, or Wytheville. Virginia Tech about 35 minutes. Radford Univ about 20 minutes.

    Deposit $300 will be refunded after departure if property is left in reasonable condition. Payment to be made by personal check or money order. Credit card payments accepted through PayPal only if you pay the 3% additional fee. Payment is expected 30 days prior to arrival. If reservation is made within 30 days of arrival it is due in full immediately. We rent on a weekly basis with checkin on Saturday or Sunday. Weekly rate includes tax and cleaning fee.
