This house was first built 1815 with recent additions in the last 15 years of huge living room with raised fireplace and cathedral ceiling, formal dining room with gas fireplace and a deck that overlooks the year round brook and pound. A small basketball court and plenty of lawn make this a great outdoor spot. Near free tennis at Vail Park, a small lake with beach for swimming about 2 miles away (small fee), Larger free lake for swimming about 13 miles away and three ski mountains, Killington (30 mins), Okemo (30 -40 mins) and Suicide Six (local). Caretaker in apartment over the garage part-time

Ask for details : We have frontage on the Kedron Brook Mountain View : Not large mountains, but we are snuggled amongst the hills. Suitability: Pet Friendly : We love pets and responsible pet owners! Kid Friendly : We have a nice size pond that attracts ducks in the warmer seasons. Kids love our pond full of frogs ans salamanders! Smoking Not Allowed : We ask that you please not smoke in the house.

    Jan-Dec .. $500-$600/wknds .. $1700-$2000/wk .. $6800-$7800/mo. Utilities, snow ploughing, and lawn mowing included. Prices determined by number of people, season, and holidays. Only payment method is checks in dollars. I would need 1/3 deposit to reserve and final payment one month before rental starts to keep. If one finks out between the deposit and final payment, I will return the deposit if I get another renter.
