Rented by the Hollywood set and professionals alike. Just minutes from Dartmouth within 1/2 hour of all ski areas. Enjoy the pond, swimming, skating, snow shoeing, sledding, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, fishing hunting, etc., etc. The land abuts the Appalachian Mountain Trail as well as the official national snowmobile trail. Our guests go snow shoeing cross country skiing. We have had teenagers who have built snowboard effects and go snowboarding on the premises. The pond in winter can be used for ice skating or hockey.  
It is available for weekly, monthly, seasonal or longer period. Landscape and gardens are regularly overseen and maintained at the owner's expense. Maid service, chef additional upon request.  
The Upper Valley is a host for activities including the various cultural and community events offered by Dartmouth College to the Upper Valley community. 
The Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center Art Museum in Hanover New Hampshire Billings Farm, Simon Pearce Woodstock Lebanon Opera House Montshire Museum of Science Appalachian Mountain Trail for marvellous walks in the woods. Additionally, local fairs, such as the famous Tunbridge World’s Fair Varied sports: skiing on the many well-known near-by mountains mountain climbing skydiving car racing concerts Too many to mention the list goes on and on with a host of activities for families and individuals alike.

Come and swim in our pond or go ice skating. Take hikes or enjoy a book on the front porch with a view of the pond or the back porch with a view of Dartmouth's Baker Library and Hanover. In winter, you can light a fire in the back porch's fireplace and enjoy!

We have four working fireplaces, two antique wood stoves. There is a 2000 square foot balcony overlooking the complete Upper Valley with a bar b que and plenty of tables and chairs to enjoy. The front porch overlooks the pond and is spectacular in leaf season. Antique wicker seating and a working original 1950's frig sets the stage for a good book or conversation. Linen and towels provided.

Rates depend on amount of stay or guests and season. Subject to Cancellation charges based on amount of time advised. Extra charge for pond cleaning for skating, cable TV, firewood, extra housekeeper's cleaning, pet charge or any extra needs. Please, contact owner or management company for any special request. Wireless internet, landscaping, snow plow and two bags for trash are included. $5100/month when staying more than 4 months in regular season, $6000/month when staying more than 4 months and the stay is during the months of December or June.
