The area is also known for it's fine dining and quaint little shops and art galleries. The Manchester outlet shops are a short drive away. Spring and summer are my favorite times of the year at Mt. Snow. There is golf, boating, kayaking, fishing, hiking, mountain biking and shopping nearby.  
 
In the fall there is nothing like taking the chairlift to the top of Mt. Snow to do some leaf peeping, it's breathtaking!
