Owner Location Comment
not another house in sight - lake shore 30' from houses, new 60' dock, last year we hosted 40 for a catered wedding, wall of cedars to the east, Lake Champlain to the west, beaver pond adjacent and 35 acres to roam, almost a mile of lake shore and pristine woods. The fishing is great, local farm produce available and an easy day trip to Montreal. Family place for 87 years.
