Every room is equipped with brand new furniture and appliances to guarantee dependability and comfort. As the snow piles up outside you can relax and count on reliable winter maintenance to plow as often as needed. With the best snow in the east and an average of 30+ powder days, enjoy downhill skiing, boarding, or cross-country at Jay Peak Ski Resort which is the second highest peak in Vermont. It is located less than seven scenic miles away. Ask about our DISCOUNTED LIFT TICKETS!! You can also spend the day exploring endless miles of snowmobiling along the VAST (trail) directly on the property. If you wish to stay close, you can always snowshoe or hike the surrounding open meadow and wood lands as well.

    Check in time is anytime after 3:00PM . Please call to make arrangements if you're going to be earlier. We will try to accommodate you. Checkout time is 10:00AM. Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel, for any reason, we require a minimum of 30 days notice (prior to your arrival) in order to refund a full deposit. This policy applies to arrival and departure dates also. Deposits are refunded less 30%. Please call our toll free number below if you have any questions. Deposit policy: A deposit of 50% will reserve your dates. For any reservation made 15 days or less prior to stay, the full amount is required.
