This condo is on the Salt Lake City side of St. George, where you will find convenient SHOPPING (there's a mall and outlets for the women and Home Depot for the men). Costo awaits everyone and a great place to refill with gas before going home. Minutes away from the largest indoor aquatic center in Utah where you'll find a beach and dump bucket for the kids. There's also an indoor track and climbing wall.  
 
GOLFING opportunities are abundant. Green Springs (less than 5 minutes from the condo) has very reasonable fees. But also sample the courses in the area. Public golfing is off Bluff Street, just north of Sunset Blvd. 
 
Don't miss getting tickets for the sensational outdoor productions at TUACAHN, beginning in early summer. Before the performance, take an exciting tour through magnificent Snow Canyon. For longer canyon visits, this condo is only 45 minutes from super-magnificent ZION National Park. Senior citizen can get a lifetime pass for only $10. What a deal!  
 
Treasure! There's a neat little box in the condo that is filled with maps, tourist sites and restaurant menus—you know, those wonderful "little" places that are not publicized chains.

    Rates are based on a sliding scale; the more you stay, the more they go down. Two night minimum. Call or email to custom-fit your needs. The kitchen is well stocked and each bathroom has two sets of towels each. Cleaning fee is $45 for up to two weeks and $55 for longer stays. Extra bedding and towels are available ($150) for the additional futon (stored in a closet). Rent is paid at time time of reservation to hold the unit. A security deposit of $150 against possible damage is asked to be paid within $60 days of occupancy. Cancellation with refund (save $20) is possible if the unit can be rented to another party before time of arrival. Payment is by check or major credit card (through PayPal). We can send you an invoice for your convenience. We will be happy to answer any other questions you may have.
