If you are coming to Utah to ski, and you want powder, you head to Alta. Come stay with us and make the most of your ski vacation. Gorgeous home renovated in 2006. Slate flooring, hard wood, and warm carpet throughout. Wood burning fire place. Well stocked kitchen for the home gourmet. Pots, pans, knives, spices, seasonings, baking pans, saute pans, blender - you name it, we have it. The kitchen table seats 7, breakfast bar seats 6, and the dining room seats 8. Two living areas provide ample space for adults and kids to spread out and/or have fun together. Covered hot tub on deck off of family room and kitchen provides gorgeous mountain views. Deck off of dining room provides amazing valley and sunset views. 
 
This home is minutes from the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon, making Alta and Snowbird only 20 minutes away. We are located at the end of a private lane, just across from the Dimple Dell park, which is a well known horsepark in the area.  
 
But Utah is not only for skiiers. Summer offers amazing hiking and mountain biking opportunities nearby. For those who want to see more, daytrips and overnights will take you to Zion, Moab and Arches National Park. Come with your friends and family, and explore all Utah has to offer. Make our home yours for vacation!

    • Welcome! The house has three levels. You enter on the middle level, which houses 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We've always viewed this as the "kids level". Three bedrooms have one set of bunk beds each, one bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. The master bedroom with a private bath is on the third level and has a queen bed and lovely views. The other 2 bedrooms on this level have queen beds and share a bath. On the lower level are the kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, laundry room, and a half bath. The house will be clean when you arrive, and all linens are provided. There is ample outdoor parking for 4 cars. The living room and family room have televisions and DVD players, with a stereo in the family room. Three of the kids' bedrooms have a wall mounted tv/dvd player. The fourth "kids" room has two sets of bunk beds. Wireless internet throughout. There is a community pool just up the lane for all to enjoy.
