CANCELLATION POLICY:(7yrs Never used)Reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival date will forfeit their Cancellation/Damage Deposit of $500.00. Cancellation within 60 days will forfeit the Full Rental amount unless the unit can be re-rented, in which case, the original renter will forfeit their Cancellation/Damage Deposit, plus only 25% of the total rental amount. Every effort will be made to re-rent the unit. Unfortunately, there are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or emergencies of any kind. Owner recommends you purchase TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE.
