Vacation Rental Description
Our condo is a larger corner unit (approximately 1200 sq feet) comfortably furnished and equipped. Remodeled kitchen with knotty Alderwood cabinets, tiled backsplash and countertops, new appliances. MBR has a queen sized bed, second wood burning fireplace and flat screen LCD TV. We furnish the firewood. The second bedroom has two twin beds which may be pushed together and a wall mounted TV .  
 
The living area is open to the kitchen and dining room, wood burning fireplace and sliding door to the balcony. Gas grill located on balcony. The living room has a new flat screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa. Views from the living room and balcony are of aspen trees and mountains in the distance. Second bath includes a single person jetted tub. Both baths have wall mounted hair dryers. 
 
Our condo is walking distance to the local golf course and the free shuttle stop which provides transportation for all of Park City, The Canyons, and Deer Valley. Hi speed internet service is provided along with a wall mounted safe. 
 
Snow Flower is a true Ski in, Ski out property. Simply take the elevator to the first floor, change in the locker room and exit onto the slope. The first lift is about 25 yards away. Park City resort with a multiple lifts including a quad is about a 100 yard ski away. Covered parking is furnished with both an elevator and stairs to your condo.  
 
Park City is noted for its wide variety of restaurants from pizza to fine dining. Something for everyone, AND, you are only 45 minutes from the Salt Lake City airport. 
 
Snow Flower's front office is open 24/7, amenities include complete fitness room, outdoor heated pool and spa, coin operated washer/dryers and meeting rooms. Tennis and outdoor BBQ facilities are available during the warmer months.
