It's just 2 blocks from the resort!!! This property is all about convenience, location, sophistication and being family friendly. Everything has been redone in the 3 bd. 2 ba. townhouse in Old Town Park City and it's very well kept up. The unit is loaded with charm, intimacy and every possible amenity and design touch. It's an end unit so nobody above you to disturb you. Besides being perfect for ski vacations, Park City is amazing in the summer, too. Right outside our back gate is the city park which is acres of green grass, tennis courts, jungle gyms and room to play. You can walk to the market, movies, ski shops and resort. You can even take a 10 minute walk to Main Street for the trendy restaurants and shops, or just jump on the free and warm shuttle a few doors down. Shuttle also takes you to Park City or Deer Valley to ski. It's so convenient. 
There's a spa down the street, a 7/11 convenience store 5 doors down that's open all night. We have always been able to get an unsecured wireless signal and use the internet. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the unit. Free local phone calls and use your cell or calling card for long distance. You can take a video tour at www.scherrer-adv.com/park-avenue and see it all. Location, location, location. Walk to ski resort or grab free shuttle a few doors down. This charming 3 bd/2ba townhouse is the perfect family rental. It has been totally redone with sophistication from top to bottom. Cozy living room has push-button gas fireplace and open floorplan allows everyone to be part of the action. Living room and all 3 bedrooms have TV/VCR and 2 DVD/CD players. Downstairs den/bunkroom has twin bed on top and comfy futon couch which pulls out to double bed. There's a downstairs bathroom with shower. Upstairs master bedroom has king bed with feather topped matress pad and looks out to mountain. The other upstairs guestroom has twin beds that slide into a king. The large, full bathroom is between rooms for extra privacy.
