Vacation Rental Description

This luxury condo has three bedrooms with a king bed in one bedroom and queen beds in the other two bedrooms. It is extremely convenient on Park Avenue in Old Town Park City and is walking distance to historic main street and Park City Mountain Resort.

There is also a bus stop just steps from the front door. The Park City FREE bus system takes you (and your ski's or other stuff) anywhere in Park City in warmth and comfort. Worlds best skiing in the winter and spectacular mountain activities in the summer. There is a wonderful huge city park just across the street that has playgrounds, barbecues, basketball, tennis, and a skate/skateboard park - all free for use of our guests.

This condo has living room, kitchen, 3/4 bath and bedroom on main floor and two more bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. Wonderful, comfortable furnishings with a spectacular king size log bed in the master bedroom upstairs. All bedrooms have TV's and the living room area has a large flat screen TV and Tile floors. Off-street parking at your front door make this a wonderful, warm comfortable place you'll return to time after time. LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS THAT ARE MADE LESS THAN 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE and EARLYBIRD RESERVATIONS THAT ARE MADE BEFORE 1/1/09 FOR FEBRUARY, MARCH AND APRIL STAYS receive a 20% discount (Sundance Periods NOT ELIGIBLE for discount).
