ON THE GOLD COAST: The House is one of a select few true “SKI IN/SKI OUT” houses that are collectively referred to as the GOLD COAST because they are located right on the ski slope. The House is on its own cul-de-sac, so there are no houses in front of it to obstruct views; and no houses between it and the slopes, and ample parking. The House is steps to the Town Chair Lift, and Old Town’s Main Street. Just click on your skis at the kitchen door and ski down across the “Town Bridge” to the Town Lift, and ski right back to the House during or at the end of the day! 
 
BEST LOCATION IN OLD TOWN – Steps to the Town Chair Lift. You are also steps away from the bus stop for free buses and trolleys which take you to the supermarket and shopping. You are also steps to Old Town's historic Main Street, with all its ski rentals, shops, galleries, restaurants, and entertainment. No need to rent a car!
