CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancellation occurs more than 90 days prior to arrival date, a two night gross lodging rate per unit will be assessed. If cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to arrival date, but less than 90 days prior to arrival date, a five night gross lodging rate will be assessed. The full amount in forfeited if there is a cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival. Under any condition, if we are able to re-book the space for time and rate, a $1000.00 cancellation fee, per unit, will be assessed. This is a binding legal document.
