Damage Deposit $2,000 deposit required for all reservations. After check out property will be inspected. If no damage, deposit will be returned within 14 days. If there are damage charges they will be paid by the deposit. Remainder will be refunded after work is complete but no later than 45 days after departure. Cleaning A $200 fee for each reservation. Additional (daily) cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee. Reservations 50% deposit must clear bank within 45 days of reservation. Remaining 50% must clear within 14 days of beginning of occupancy. Cancellations will be refunded 100% if within 30 days of check in date. 50% if within 14 days of check in. No credit cards accepted.
