This wonderful 2nd story end unit has no downstairs neighbors since it is located over the attached garage. The unit is very quiet even during the busy ski season which makes for relaxing vacations and a peaceful setting! We rented this unit in February 2008 and found a condo in a Park City location that is not only close to all the action, but peaceful and quiet, so we bought it! The unit is perfect for families or couples. It is decorated with rustic furniture and impeccably maintained. We are interested in sharing our second home with responsible families and friends that appreciate an upscale condo at a very reasonable price to create fond memories of their own.

The unit is located right next to the newly developed Redstone Center. Redstone has an 8 screen multiplex theatre, numerous restaurants and shops including Redstone Grill, Starbucks, Cold Stone Creamery, Panda Express, Whole Foods, Wild Oats grocery store, Smith's grocery and many others.

Park City is known as the "Greatest Snow on Earth." Our condo is located within minutes to 3 world class ski resorts - The Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley. Also near are Sundance, Brighton, Snowbird, Alta and Solitude. Park City is also home to the Sundance Film Festival.

Only 30 quick minutes from the Salt Lake City Airport, our condo features high ceilings, great views, granite countertops, alderwood cabinets, new appliances and rustic furniture. Jetted tub in master bathroom. Full-size washer & dryer. Private attached garage parking.

High Season Price : $369 per Day

We require 50% of the rental (advance deposit)to secure the reservation. Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to your stay. We required a $200 refundable damange deposit. Full advance deposit is nonrefundable if cancelled within 60 days unless a new renter is found.
