Vacation Rental Description
Our One Bedroom one Bathroom Condo has all the amenities you need for your trip to Park City. The kitchen has all the dinnerware and cookware you could need. There is a comfortable pull out couch bed so it sleeps 4. There is a large collection of DVD's and Xbox games. It’s also child friendly with kids’ games, toys, books and a baby bed. Our clean comfortable condo will help you relax on your vacation.
Our Condo is part of Bear Hollow Village. It’s located at the base of the Utah Olympic Park. The clubhouse is a short walk from our condo and features a swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ, lounge with internet access, and a gym.
Our condo is 5 minutes from The Canyons, 10 minutes from Park City Mountain Resort and 15 minutes from Deer Valley. The resorts all have year round activities such as skiing, hiking, mountain biking, rides, concerts and much more. Historic Main Street is just 10 minutes away with excellent shopping and dining.
Park City’s free shuttle buses stop two blocks from our condo. The buses stop at all the resorts and attractions in the city and around the area, including shopping centers, movie theaters, and supermarkets.
Outdoor Recreation
Park City, Utah has a wide variety of outdoor recreation. Whether you come to ski or snowboard "The Greatest Snow on Earth," or mountain bike the famous Rail Trail, or go boating in Jordanelle Reservoir, or hike the mountain trails that surround the area, Park City has adventure waiting.

Park City, Utah hosts the annual Sundance Film Festival. Reservation Policy
• Three night minimum stay required during the high season, two nights during the low season.
• The security deposit (fully refundable after stay) must be paid within 7 days of making the reservation with the property owner.
• The security deposit amount is $250. The security deposit payment is required to reserve any dates.
• Final payment of the rental fee is due 14 days before date of occupancy of the rental unit during the low season and 30 days during the high season.

Rental Rates
Low Season April 1 - November 30 $85 per night
Regular Season December 1 – March 31 $135 per night
High Season* December 24 – January 1* $155 per night
*High Season also includes the Sundance Film Festival and Presidents Week.

We have an x-box with many games. A large video library. There is a fireplace for winter evenings. There is covered parking. A full kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and anything you could need for cooking at home. The clubhouse is big and beautiful and cozy with a workout room, a large entertainment area, and computers with free internet use. The pool and jacuzzi are at the clubhouse. There is also a large grassy area for playing ball or flying kites. The free Park city shuttle bus is a 10 minute walk away. About a 2 block walk down the hill.

Bear Hollow Village sits on the mountainside just below the Utah Winter Olympic Park. They offer bob sled and ski jumping as well as an interactive museum and other activities. The 3 ski resorts are all within a 15 minute drive. Salt Lake city is a 40 minute drive away. Just across the street from Bear Hollow Village are a shopping complex with restaurants, movie theatre, supermarket, etc. Down the road are the Park City Outlets Shopping Mall. Park city Main Street is a must see with museums, restaurants, shops, night clubs, etc.
