THREE BEDROOM CONDO PERFECT FOR SKIING IN THE WINTER AND ENJOYING THE SUMMER MONTHS IN THE FAMOUS PARK CITY AREA! This brand new three-bedroom condo is located within the quaint Bear Hollow Community, nestled just below Utah's Olympic Park, and offers gorgeous mountain views of beautiful Park City.  
 
Bear Hollow is conveniently located at the base of Utah’s Olympic Park and next to Kimball Junction, Redstone Plaza, Tangers Outlet mall, and is close to several ski resorts including The Canyons (two miles), Park City (four miles) and Deer Valley (seven miles). A free Bus runs every 30 minutes, from 8:00 am -11:00 pm from Redstone Plaza to downtown Park City, and passes right in front of Bear Hollow Village's main entrance. Other ski resorts and several cross-country areas are within a 45-minute drive, including: Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude, Sundance, Powder Mountain, and Snowbasin. Redstone Plaza offers amenities such as shopping, restaurants, and theatres and the large Tangers Outlet Mall is home to great bargains in high quality sportswear, shoes, gifts, etc.  
 
The Condo is conveniently located on the main floor with easy in/out access. There is reserved parking located in the heated lower garage (an elevator provides access to the condo). A private secure locker is also located in the garage to store skis and accessories for your convenience.  
 
The condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It is fully furnished and equipped with all the modern features to make your stay comfortable, including WiFi. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, walk in closet, and private bathtub and shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen-sized beds. Every bedroom comes with its own TV with satellite. The kitchen is fully equipped with alder wood cabinets, GE stainless steel appliances, dishes, and cookware. The spacious living room is complete with a 42” plasma TV with satellite and DVD player. A washer and dryer are also located in the condo, along with iron and ironing board. 
 
Located within steps of the condo is the 3000 sq. ft. Clubhouse where you will find the swimming pool (summer only) and a large hot tub (all year long). *A more private hot tub is located behind our building, a few steps off the back patio. Also located in the Clubhouse are a fitness center, locker rooms, computers with high-speed Internet access, and a great room complete with a cozy fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a hard day of skiing!

Downtown Park City: 6 miles 
Deer Valley Ski Resort: 8 miles 
Utah Olympic Park: ¼ mile (with bob sled, zip line, ski jump show)

Powder Mountain, Snowbasin: 60 minutes 
Salt Lake International Airport: 30 minutes 
 
*NON-SMOKING. *NO PETS. *$350 security deposit and 50% of rental fee due upon booking to secure reservation. *Remainder of rental balance due 30 days prior to arrival. *Cancellation policy: Payment/deposit is refundable if cancellation is made prior to 30 days of arrival. *$100 cleaning fee required for less then 5 night stay.
