Vacation Rental Description
We are locted in Panguitch, the gateway to many of the wonders found in Southern Utah. There is hiking, sightseeing & lots of photo opportunities at Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, Red Canyon, & Cedar Breaks, just to mention a few. We are close to many streams & lakes for those of you who like to fish.  
We offer a single, detached cottage that is fully furnished with a queen size bed, coffee maker, toaster oven, refrigerator, wireless network, DIRECTV, DVD player, free DVD's and a full bath. There is a barbeque and patio outside with a lovely seating area.

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash or travelers checks. A credit card number or check for 25% is needed to secure a room reservation. Reservations totaling $500 or more must be held with at 25% deposit. A check or credit card number must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the arrival date. Cancellations must be made at least 2 days prior to the reserved arrival date. Cancellations less than 2 days prior to the reserved arrival date may result in a charge of one room day. Check in is after 3:00PM and check out is no later than 12:00PM (noon) Rates do not include local taxes (currently 12.15%)
