				Low Season Price:	$159 per Day
				High Season Price:	$159 per Day

There is a $200 deposit required to hold your reservation which is fully refunded when the home is left in good condition. I request a minimum 2 night stay. A $75.00 cleaning fee is added to the reservation as well. There are no additional per person charges. Tax will be added. Rental price is $159.00 per night and $1400 per month. December and January is $2800 per month.
