Welcome! Thanks for coming to our site. This site is all about a premiere destination cabin located in Timber Lakes of Heber, Utah. This cabin has been a favorite vacation rental retreat since the mid 1980's. Located less than an hour from Salt Lake City Utah and nestled in the beautiful Wasatch Mountains, "The Aspen Moose" as it is named, has a rich history and is a seasoned refuge perfect for family reunions, a family get-away, or a delux base camp for skiing and snowmobiling trips.

. A hot tub out on the raised trex deck overlooks a quiet aspen forest nestled by a pine ridge cirque. We have a beautiful 14ft Christmas tree all winter too. Games: A full slate Minnesota Fats Pool Table, Ping Pong, Foosball, XBOX and Wii with games, DVDs for all ages, about 40 in all in house, a full cabin Sound system, board games, bla bla bla. A 50" big screen with full surround speakers as well as the two gaming tv's too. Baby and kid friendly. Basically you won't see your kids for a week. A FULL service kitchen that covers all bases too. Lower and Upper masters with the option for a master suite, endless hot water, double jetted shower, double and deep tub, cabin-side snowmobiling... - THIS PLACE ROCKS!

Outside...This cabin is nestled in the woods, with a stream out back, in the forest, several swings from the deck and tetherball outside, a huge gas grill...

Year round access? Yes and use 4x4 (Octish to Mayish)

Skiing: Deer Valley 20-25 min; Park City, The Canyons, Sundance 30-35min; Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude 75-100min.

1. Unreal WINTER snowmobiling; Ride into a million acres of gorgeous terrain buried under mounds of Utah powder; never cross your tracks twice. No kidding; it's that good.

2. Cool SUMMER family escapes! Reunion heaven and built for groups of 20! The Aspen Moose "reunion season" starts in June and goes nonstop to September! Indoor and outdoor games and activities for all ages, we keep everyone happy!

3. SPRINGTIME birth. See the wilderness emerge as the winter blanket melts away and the birds, eagles, moose and critters return ...and the silence is MAGICAL.


4. FALL leaves and the crisp winds of winter draw us to walk about with a polarfleece in one hand and a loved one in the other! Fall is AWESOME; gorgeous aspen leaves on a backdrop of green pines will take your frosty breath away.tag
