At the Hub of entertainment, right in the middle of excitment, ski trails, restaurants, clubs, condotels, concerts, the Sterling chair llift. This seculded 7 bedroom private home waits for you to book it and enjoy privacy with most everything a block to two blocks away. Our guest enjoy convenience of being able to walk accross the street, ski down the ski trail to the bottom lift, go to the top of the mountain and ski back down to the house by crossing the street.  
 
We also provide private ski lesseons,for $600 per 6 hour session, up to 2 adults, $200 extra for each additional adult. Nanny on skis $800 for 2 children for 7 hours includes lunch, $200 for each additional child must be 5 years and over and of average health conditions.Passes and ski rental not included.  
 
Catered Dinners, shopping services, entertainment. Best known for our Rock Star night, live band plays as your guest sing, an extra $1,400 includes buffet dinner. Our coyboy night for an extra $1,200 up to 15 people $20, extra per person. This is family owned and we cater to the rich & famous.  
 
House arrangement. This has a cabin feel, down to earth, healing pine tree type, deer at times come to the kitchen french doors, relaxing. Upper floor hot tub and sauna cann add 2 sets of bunk beds and make a bed room, 2 King Master Bedroom Suits with jetted tubs, separate showers, outside deck, loft with futons, chairs. 
On Main level living room with floor to ceiling fireplace, kitchen with double ovens, kitchen table seats 8, breakfast bar seats 7, laundry room half bath, queen bedroom,and additional Master Queen Suit on the main level, walk out to the patio and hot tub. 
Lower level has 2 queen bedroomsand shared full bath with tub and shower. 4 extra futons, 4 extra blow up beds. Family Room with home theatre half bath, ski prep room. 
 
2 car garage with heated driveway. shuttle is 100' from house. Ski trails 100' from house.

				Low Season Price:	€7,000 per Week
				High Season Price:	€35,000 per Week

50% of the booking paid upon booking, and this deposit is not refundable. The remaining balance due 60 days with the start of your booked stay. Paid by wire or mailed cashiers check. Pets require a $5,000 pet deposit, $1,000 of which is not refunable no matter what. Parties are permitted. Booking party is respocible for all guest. A contract is sent out by email upon request. Low time June 2008 - November 2008 $7,000 per week High time December 2008 - Feburary 2008 $35,000 per week except for Sundance must be booked for all 10 days for $50,000. green time $25,000 per wk.
