Our typical one bedroom loft comes with a queen or king size bed in the bedroom and a queen bed, queen convertable sofa, double size futon or trundle bed (2 twins) in the main room. There is queen bed and usually a set of bunk beds up in the loft. The downstairs bath has a spa-tub. Kitchens are fully equiped. All rooms have phones. Most have VCRs. Units are individually owned and the fixtures, amenities, and decor vary with the taste of owner.

RATES ASSUME TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. THREE NIGHT MINIMUM STAY DURING HOLIDAY PERIODS. Summer rates apply until November 14th, 2009. Winter Rates apply November 15th, 2009 through April 12th, 2010, except holidays. Holidays are Christmas (December 19th 2009 through January 3rd 2010) and President's Day (February 12th, 13th & 14th, 2010). Summer Rates apply after April 13th 2010.
Absolutely NO pets. Check in 4:00 pm. Check out 11:00 am Early check-in and late check-out with advance arrangement only. Underground parking for 1 car only. We are a non-smoking facility. All units have balconies for smoking.
