Enjoy a great weekend in the beautiful mountains of Brian Head Utah. It is just 2.5 hours from the Las Vegas Speedway. Outdoor activities there are endless. 
 
The winter months bring the “greatest snow on earth”. Allowing skiing, boarding, snowmobiling, sledding, and anything you want to do in 30-50 feet of snowfall. 
 
Enjoy it all comfortably in a newly remodeled one-bedroom condo, just down the street from the ski lodge. This remodel includes all new appliances, furniture, flat screen TV with DirecTV with Premium Progamming. Unit has a great balcony over looking the forest with a peaceful stream. 
 
Total of three units available. Two new ski lifts now make this a Ski-In / Ski-Out Property!  
 
Cleaning fee of $50 applicable towards all rentals.

    Brian Head is a small town with lots of outdoor activities. After a day of skiing, you can head out to Cedar Breaks lodge half a mile down the road for a round of drinks and pool. They have a full restaurant in case you don't want to stay in the condo and cook.

    Renters must sign agreement and place credit card on file for rental. A 50% deposit is paid to secure rental, with the remainder paid upon check out. Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance during summer season, 14 days in advance during ski season. Any cancellations not made within this time will incur the first night's fee.
