Perfect for wedding parties, family reunions, a girls or guys getaway. Lots of privacy for all - the private pool is surrounded by a privacy fence and beautiful hibiscus flowers and palm trees. You enter this beautiful home with a double car garage (think about it bikers!), throw your keys on the entry table and head upstairs to the open ambience of this lovely living room, dining room and kitchen. The owners have thought of everything - lots of games to play, flat screen TVs in both living areas and master bedroom, 2 DVDs - the list goes on. Step outside the sliding glass door to the large deck overlooking the pool area. This is a great place for people to congregate and have a barbeque and steps lead down to the pool area. 
 
On the main level there is a bedroom with two double beds and a full bathroom and the master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bathroom. From either of these rooms, you can step out to the front deck which is a perfect spot to have a drink and look at the ocean or lounge on one of the Adirondack chairs.  
 
The game room is downstairs with more seating area and a card table. The couch in this area folds out into a bed. This downstairs area is not only fun, it can be a great place for a second family as there is a bedroom with two twin beds and a full bath as well as a sitting room off the gameroom with a TV and wet bar. There is also a washroom with a large wash basin and full size washer and dryer. 
 
Life is right at Pelican`s Cove!

    Depending on the circumstances, we normally want 30% of the rental amount at time of reservation and the rest of the amount is due 2 weeks prior to the reservation. There is a $500 security/damage deposit. CANCELLATION POLICY: If you should cancel your reservation within 45 days before you arrive, you will lose your deposit. If you cancel more than 45 days before your arrival, you will be charged a $40 cancellation fee. If you have a long term rental (more than one month), you will need to cancel your reservation two months in advance to get your full deposit back less the $40 cancellation fee.
